Once a design is agreed upon we prepare a detailed construction contract. The contract contains all the pertinent details, specifications and warranties. A schedule of the progress payment is included along with the approximate duration and completion date. The contract is reviewed by the prospective client and any necessary changes are made. At that point the contract is signed by both parties and a down payment is made.

Client may cancel contract, without any penalty or obligation, within 3 business days from the date the contract was signed. If a client cancels within this three days, any payment made by client will be returned within 10 days following cancellation notice.
